Spanish banks are willing to offer credits for buying properties. These mortgages are normally given up to 60 % of the purchase price for no residents in Spain (those people who don´t live in Spain or don´t have Spanish citizenship). The issue of credit emission in each case is decided individually. The bank evaluates your financial solvency and considers the age. The mortgage loans are given for the period from 10 to 30 years.
